1. Acceptance and site use
By accessing or using gasatrya.com, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. If you do not want to use the site on that basis, please stop using it. These terms apply to the site's pages and content; an external site you reach through a link has its own terms.
Please use the site lawfully, respectfully, and without interfering with its availability, security, or other visitors' use. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use the site to mislead people about an affiliation or endorsement.
2. Informational portfolio and blog
This site is an informational portfolio and blog for Marga Satrya. It presents selected work, service descriptions, writing, open-source projects, and ways to get in touch. The pages are intended to help you understand the work and decide whether an initial conversation is useful; they are not a project proposal, quote, or promise of a particular result.
Content can change, be corrected, or be removed as projects and services develop. I aim to keep it useful, but do not promise that every page will always be complete, current, or available.
3. Personal viewing and restrictions
You may view the site and share links to its pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Unless a separate permission or license says otherwise, please do not copy, republish, sell, distribute, frame, systematically scrape, modify, or present the site's original content as your own. Do not remove attribution or suggest that Marga, a client, or another person endorses a use that they have not approved.
A link to a page is welcome when it accurately identifies the destination and does not make the linked content appear to belong to someone else. These permissions do not grant rights to use the site's name, visual identity, or content in a misleading way.
4. Site content and ownership
Unless a page says otherwise, the original writing, design, layout, graphics, and other content created for this site belong to Marga Satrya or are used with permission. The site's content is provided for the limited viewing and linking permission above; no broader transfer of ownership or permission is implied by publication.
Open-source plugin or project code is different. Code linked from the WordPress plugins area, a project page, a repository, or a package is governed by the license in its own repository, package, or distribution. That license controls the code's permitted use, copying, modification, and redistribution. These Terms of Use do not replace, narrow, or override an open-source license.
5. Trademarks and third-party material
Names, logos, trademarks, screenshots, and other third-party material shown or mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners unless stated otherwise. Their appearance identifies a project, tool, service, or reference; it does not by itself indicate sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
Client names and project references are included only as described on the relevant page. Do not assume that a client, employer, project owner, or third-party service has approved a use beyond the context presented here.
6. External links and donations
The site may link to external social profiles, project and plugin repositories or directories, and other services. Examples include GitHub, WordPress.org, LinkedIn, X, a project repository, and the ButtonFlow plugin directory. External sites control their own content, terms, privacy practices, security, and availability.
A donation link may take you to PayPal. PayPal handles that transaction under its own terms and policies. Donations are separate from a project enquiry and do not purchase a service, license, support commitment, or other obligation from Marga.
7. Enquiries and paid work
Sending an enquiry to ga@gasatrya.com does not create a client relationship, agency, partnership, or obligation to reply, accept the work, reserve availability, or deliver a result. An initial email is only an opportunity to understand whether a conversation makes sense.
Actual paid work begins only under a separately agreed proposal, contract, or statement of work (SOW). That separate agreement—not this page or an enquiry—sets the applicable scope, responsibilities, timing, fees, deliverables, and project-specific terms. Please do not treat a portfolio example or service description as a commitment to reproduce a particular outcome.
8. No warranties
The site and its informational content are provided as available. I do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable for every purpose. I may change, pause, or remove pages, links, or features without making the site a promised service.
External sites, donation services, repositories, and linked project materials are outside my control. Their content, availability, and handling are not warranties or promises made by this site.
9. Reasonable limits on responsibility
Please use your own judgment before relying on site content or an external destination. To the extent responsibility can reasonably be limited, Marga Satrya is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on informational content, an unavailable site, or an external service or link. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove responsibility that cannot be excluded or limited.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the site's content, links, services, or operation changes. The current version is posted here, with its effective / last-updated date shown at the top. These Terms of Use are effective and were last updated on.
Questions about these terms can be sent to ga@gasatrya.com. Please describe the page or situation clearly so I can review the question in context.
