1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to Marga Satrya's portfolio, blog, project pages, service information, and related pages at gasatrya.com (the “site”). The site is published and operated personally by Marga Satrya, based in Bandung, Indonesia. Privacy questions and visitor requests can be sent to ga@gasatrya.com.
This page describes the site's current operation. It is not a promise about how an external service operates; those services have their own policies, as described below.
2. Information you choose to send by email
There is no contact form or server-side submission workflow on this site. A mail link opens your email application. If you choose to send a message, the email address you use, the subject, message, attachments, and any other information you include are intentionally sent by you to the contact address. Please send only what is useful for the enquiry.
I use enquiry messages to understand and respond to questions, assess a possible project, and, where separately agreed, help evaluate or deliver work. An email is not required to include personal information beyond what you decide to share. Please do not send passwords, production credentials, private customer data, or confidential access details in a first enquiry. The contact page has more practical guidance.
3. Optional clipboard action
Where the site shows a copy control for ga@gasatrya.com, the control asks your browser to copy that address to your local clipboard. It is an optional convenience. The clipboard action does not, by itself, transmit the address or other clipboard contents to this site, Marga, Cloudflare, or the destination mailbox. Browser permissions and the operating system's own clipboard behavior still apply.
4. Hosting, security, and Web Analytics
The production site is hosted using Cloudflare. In providing hosting, delivery, and security services, Cloudflare may process technical request and security data. I do not control the provider's internal systems, and this policy does not claim to list every item Cloudflare may handle or set a particular provider retention period.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to help me understand broad site use and site performance. No other account-level analytics service is active on this site. Cloudflare describes its own handling in its Privacy Policy. That external policy is the useful source for Cloudflare's own processing details.
5. Cookies, storage, and tracking
The site's application does not set cookies or use browser storage for its own functionality. Cloudflare Web Analytics is the only account-level analytics script active on this site. No other account-level analytics service, analytics script, or non-essential tracking cookie is active. Infrastructure or external services may have their own technical mechanisms, which this site cannot describe or control on their behalf.
6. Email routing and the destination mailbox
The contact address uses Cloudflare Email Routing. Messages sent to ga@gasatrya.com are forwarded by that routing service to a private destination mailbox. The destination provider and inbox are not published or exposed by this site.
Email content and attachments can pass through the mail and routing systems needed to deliver them. The site itself does not provide a mailbox, CRM, newsletter, API, or other submission system. Cloudflare and any other external mail service involved have their own practices and policies.
7. How information is used
Within the parts of the operation I control, information may be used to:
- deliver pages and help maintain the site's security and operation;
- understand broad site use and performance through Cloudflare Web Analytics;
- read and respond to enquiries or requests sent by email;
- assess and, after a separate agreement, help deliver a project; and
- keep or review records where reasonably needed for accounting, disputes, or security.
Cloudflare and external destinations may process information for their own services under their own policies. I do not represent my purposes as a complete description of those providers' processing.
8. Retention
Enquiry emails and attachments are kept only as long as reasonably needed while evaluating or delivering work, then deleted when no longer needed, except for records reasonably retained for legal, accounting, dispute, or security purposes.
I do not promise a fixed deletion time for every system involved in sending, routing, or storing an email. Copies or technical records held by an email or infrastructure provider are subject to that provider's operation and policies, not a retention schedule I can set here.
9. External links
The site links to external destinations, including social profiles such as GitHub, WordPress.org, LinkedIn, and X; project or plugin destinations such as the LLMsModels project repository and the ButtonFlow plugin directory page; and the PayPal donation destination.
When you follow an external link, that site may collect or use information, set cookies, or ask you to provide information. External sites have their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, and retention choices. I do not control or adopt those policies; review the relevant external site's information before using it.
10. Security limits
I take practical care within my control, but email, the internet, browsers, Cloudflare, and external mail systems are not guaranteed to be completely secure. No method of transmission or storage can be promised as risk-free. Do not use an enquiry email or this site to send passwords, credentials, or sensitive information that should travel through a separately arranged secure channel.
11. Questions and visitor requests
For a question about this policy, a concern about the site's handling, or a request to review, correct, or delete an enquiry email or attachment, contact ga@gasatrya.com. Include enough context for me to understand the request without sending new sensitive information. I will consider the request and respond where practical; records reasonably retained for legal, accounting, dispute, or security purposes may still need to remain.
Questions about Cloudflare, PayPal, social networks, project pages, or other external services may also need to be raised with that service directly under its own policy.
12. General audience
This is a general-audience portfolio and blog, not a site directed at children. I do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through an enquiry, contact ga@gasatrya.com so the situation can be reviewed.
13. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy when the site's operation, services, or information practices change. The current version is posted on this page, with its effective / last-updated date shown at the top. This version is effective and was last updated on.
